Are you serious about your training? We mean serious. What you do outside of the gym, does it relate back to your athletic or fitness goals? Do you just walk into the gym, sit on the nearest machine, lift endlessly and call it a night once you're a bit tired? Is the time at practise the dedication you give to your sport, and that's it, done and dusted?
Champions aren't made overnight. It takes black and white training - you either give it your all or you might as well do nothing. People who give 100% all the time, not just at training, in the gym or at the game are the ones that get to the top and keep going. They give it their all 24/7. Nutrition, rest, active recovery; are just a few of the keys among others. No amount of magic pills, supplements or steroids will make you a champion. There are no shortcuts in this game, peak physical conditioning is attainable by anyone as long as they are dedicated to change, and do it the right way - After all, there's no point going into battle if you don't have a plan.
You may not be an elite athlete with an entire support team, but training like one isn't out of the question. You may be a uni student, amateur athlete or a full time worker that's a weekend warrior. Life gets busy and it's hard to stay focussed on your performance goals, but no problem, that's where we come in. Warrior has been created for this exact purpose - To help you give everything, without giving up everything.
